Your User Profile
The User Profile creation form can be accessed by selecting the Register Now link located in the Sign In menu. The User Profile form is divided into three distinct categories:

User Information
The User Information fields are relative to the users' shipping information. It is here that the user name and complete address are entered into our system. This data will be used by Sigma-Genosys to ship your orders, and should be accurate and complete. The necessary fields are:

First Name
Last Name
Institution
Department
Phone Number
City
State
Zip/Postal Code

Sign In Information
Sign In Information is the data required to allow you access to the Sigma-Genosys.com ordering system. This consists of a valid e-mail address and an alphanumeric password of no more than ten (10) characters.

Customer Information
Your first Sigma-Genosys.com order will be accompanied by a packing slip containing a ten (10) digit customer number and a random activation code. This information will allow you to bind your account to the Sigma-Genosys Order Tracking system. Once the values have been successfully submitted, the master and web accounts will be bound, allowing the user to:

Make modifications to the master account
View all other web users associated with the customer account
Disable/enable those accounts whenever necessary
View the status of processing and shipped orders

My Profile Contains Errors?
If the information you have entered is found to have errors, the system will notify you of this. Errors found in the submitted data will be both listed and marked. The example below illustrates two errors. The user has failed to enter an institution and the phone number in invalid.

My Profile is Correct
If the information you have entered contains no errors, you will be notified that "Your Profile has been created." All ordering options will now be available in the Personal Navigator menu. Again click the Continue button located at the bottom of the User Profile form to precede with billing information.
