After input of your gene sequence, the
algorithm will determine which points of insertion are optimal using the
TargeTron system. Sets of primers will be recommended for each output design
option or insertion point. A unique password or access code is printed on
the TargeTron Access Card located in your kit. The number of gene sequences
that may be submitted using an individual password is equivalent to the number
specified on your Access Card. Note that sequences less than 400 bp may not
contain optimal target sites.
